This notice is an update to the Critical Notice titled "Line 4000/4002 Planned Maintenance Outage" that was posted on 09/04/2025 at 09:12 AM PCT.
The recent pressure reductions on Lines 4000 and 4002 (implemented on July 1, 2025) were ended earlier than planned because SoCalGas was able to complete its assessment early based upon newly enhanced data analytics and threat evaluation processes as part of the SoCalGas Transmission Integrity Management Program that stem from updates to Pipeline Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) regulations and advisory bulletins. Accordingly, no further maintenance activity is required.
Customers are advised to reference the Envoy Capacity Utilization page for the available capacity at these locations for each scheduling cycle.
Please continue to monitor ENVOY for updates.
