Affected Customers/Balancing Parties: Whitesville – Texas Gas Transmission, LLC.
Required Response Time: by Gas Day Thursday, May 14, 2026.
Required Response: MGT requires Texas Gas Transmission to take immediate steps to reduce the overall imbalance position. If favorable operational conditions exist, it may be possible to reduce the imbalance by more than 10,000 Dekatherms per day provided that both MGT and Texas Gas Transmission agree to the operating conditions. If Texas Gas Transmission is unable to facilitate imbalance payback due to confirmed quantities at the meter, then MGT requests Texas Gas Transmission reduce its nominations accordingly to facilitate the minimum desired payback.
Beginning Gas Day, Friday, May 15, 2026, Midwestern reserves the right to reduce nominations at its Whitesville delivery point, starting with the Evening cycle to no more than 265,000 Dekatherms if sufficient action was not taken by Texas Gas Transmission to reduce the imbalance for the prior gas day.

MGT will update this posting as conditions change. If the condition persists, MGT reserves the right to take further steps as may be necessary. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
