As part of the LINK transition, all OBA cumulative imbalances will be moved to the delivery point in LINK. Preliminary imbalances will be entered and updated into LINK as follows:

• On October 3rd, the GD30 estimated cumulative imbalance will be copied from GMS and displayed in LINK for September 30th gas day -> OBAs can access the GMS Estimate Statement of Deliveries Report to confirm the imbalance that is being brought over. Shippers can see this imbalance in LINK->Flowing Gas->Imbalance->Shipper Imbalance Summary screen in LINK.

• On October 13th (after September month end closed), the previously copied imbalance in LINK for GD30 will be overwritten with the actual SOD GD30 GMS imbalance -> OBAs can access the GMS Actual Statement of Deliveries Report to confirm the imbalance that is being brought over. OBAs can see this imbalance in LINK->Flowing Gas->Imbalance->Shipper Imbalance Summary screen in LINK.

Westcoast strongly recommends that shippers have their OBA accounts cleaned up as much as possible prior to end of day GD30.
