To: Shippers on T-North and T-South, Receipt Point Operators, Delivery Point Operators/Interconnects, Parties that transact at Station #2 and Huntingdon/Sumas

Westcoast Energy Inc. is replacing its gas management system (GMS) with LINK (Notice #58686). We are pleased to offer the following training sessions over the summer in anticipation of LINK going into production for September 1, 2025:

• Supply Training
  • Specific to Receipt Point Operators & Supply Shippers
  • Agenda: Measurement, Allocations, Imbalances
• Delivery Training
  • Specific to Delivery Point Operators & Interconnects
  • Agenda: Measurement, Confirmations, OBA's
• Nomination Training
  • Specific to Gas Schedulers & Traders
  • Agenda: Transportation & Pool Nominations, Balancing, Reporting
• Contract Training
• Specific to Shippers w/ FI and/or IT Service Agreements
• Agenda: Requests for Service, Amendments, Renewals, Assignments

Invoice training will be held late-September/early-October.
