Per Section 8 of the General Terms and Conditions (GT&C) of its FERC approved tariff, Viking Gas Transmission Company (VGT) is issuing a customer-specific Operational Flow Order (OFO) at points of delivery operated by Northern Natural Gas Company (NNG), to be effective gas day Thursday, September 4, 2025, Timely Cycle.¿ VGT is experiencing imbalances resulting in a significant positive imbalance. This notice is being issued to protect the integrity of the VGT system and to allow continued operations to transport gas in accordance with its service obligations.
Affected Shippers/Balancing Parties in a positive imbalance position: Unless specifically identified above, this OFO is directed to all balancing parties whose imbalances are contributing to the overall positive imbalance position as stated on the Daily Imbalance report.
Required Response Time: By 09:00 am CST Thursday, September 4, 2025.
Required Response: VGT requires all balancing parties affected by this notice to take the necessary actions to ensure their overall imbalance is rectified.
Quantity of Gas Required to Remedy the Operational Condition: VGT requires Northern Natural Gas Company (NNG) to begin taking action to lower their imbalance by a minimum of 15,000 Dth per day. Beginning Gas Day Thursday, September 4, 2025, Timely Cycle, VGT will schedule deliveries to Northern Natural Gas Company (NNG) Genola to a maximum of 30,000 Dth per day.
Penalties: Failure to specifically adhere to this OFO may result in an immediate interruption of all or a portion of shipper or balancing party's service and cause balancing party to incur OFO penalties. This OFO will remain in effect until further notice. VGT will monitor operating conditions and may, by additional notice, either extend this OFO beyond such date or terminate it earlier as operational conditions warrant.¿ VGT will update this posting as conditions change. If the condition persists, VGT reserves the right to take further steps as may be necessary. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
