Notice Text:

Operational conditions on Viking Gas Transmission Company (VGT) are such that delivered volumes are significantly less than receipt volumes. As a result of these conditions, VGT may determine a need to call an Operational Flow Order (OFO).

Effective Gas Day Tuesday, September 2, 2025, for ID1, with this posting VGT requests cooperation from Northern Natural Gas (NNG) in monitoring their nominations of receipts and deliveries to match gas flows and that imbalance positions are corrected as soon as possible.

As always it is VGT's goal to informally request cooperation from shippers and balancing parties to maintain the operational integrity of the pipeline. Shippers should refer to the VGT FERC Gas Tariff General Terms & Conditions Section 8 for requirements of Operational Flow Orders.
