Below normal temperatures are expected to move across the Texas Gas Transmission, LLC (“Texas
Gas”) service area over the next several days.

The following services/activities may experience scheduling reductions until further notice:

Imbalance Payback from Transportation Service Provider
Park and Loan
Hourly Overrun Transportation
Interruptible Storage Service
Firm Storage Service Overrun
Interruptible Transportation
Out-of-Path Firm Transportation
Interruptible Lateral Service

Texas Gas requests that shippers be mindful of conforming their receipts into the system with
their deliveries from the system. Texas Gas will continue to monitor this operational situation,
update this posting as needed, and provide any additional updates to its shippers via its
Informational Postings Website.

It is requested that all shippers and point operators without No-Notice or other hourly services
closely coordinate flows so that receipts and deliveries match their associated scheduled
quantities.

If customers do not voluntarily comply with these provisions, Texas Gas may be forced to issue an
Operational Flow Order, pursuant to General Terms and Conditions Section 6.18 of Texas Gas’s
Tariff, which could result in penalties for shippers.

Texas Gas continues to monitor the situation and will provide notice to customers of pipeline
conditions impacting customers or requiring any action to be taken by customers.
