Below normal temperatures are expected to move across the Texas Gas Transmission, LLC (“Texas
Gas”) service area over the next several days.

The following services/activities may experience scheduling reductions until further notice:

Imbalance Payback from Transportation Service Provider
Park and Loan
Hourly Overrun Transportation
Interruptible Storage Service
Firm Storage Service Overrun
Interruptible Transportation
Out-of-Path Firm Transportation
Interruptible Lateral Service

Texas Gas requests that shippers be mindful of conforming their receipts into the system with
their deliveries from the system. Texas Gas will continue to monitor this operational situation,
update this posting as needed, and provide any additional updates to its shippers via its
Informational Postings Website.

It is requested that all shippers and point operators without No-Notice or other hourly services
closely coordinate flows so that receipts and deliveries match their associated scheduled
quantities.

Below are specific areas that Texas Gas is already closely monitoring. In accordance with
Section 6.12 of its FERC NGA Gas Tariff (“Tariff”), Texas Gas will reduce any such non firm-in-
path and/or interruptible transactions in order to ensure the priority of flow for firm in-the-
path transactions.

Fayetteville Lateral: Due to operational conditions on the lateral, Texas Gas is requesting that
customers utilize firm in-the-path transactions for deliveries to Area 1F markets (9163 – NGPL-
Bald Knob, 9240 – Enable-Searcy Del, 9533 – Tetco Bald Knob Del, and 9799 – MRT-Bald Knob) from
receipts other than those located in Area 1F and that any such out-of-path and interruptible
transaction be avoided.

Greenville Lateral: Due to operational conditions on the system, Texas Gas is requesting that

customers utilize firm in-the-path for transactions with deliveries on the Greenville Lateral and
that any such out-of-path and interruptible transactions be avoided.

Texas Gas provided notice to customers regarding unplanned maintenance impacting Slaughters
Montezuma Lateral. This notice was initiated in Notice ID 5037509. Texas Gas continues to
monitor the impacts of this maintenance, and subsequent superseding notices have been and
continue to be provided separately on this matter. Texas Gas encourages customers to continue to
monitor updates on its Informational Postings Website.

Effective Timely Cycle, January 24, 2026, capacity for the following will be reduced to the
stated amounts below:

Humboldt Jackson (HBJ) Lateral: 50,000 MMBtu

Storage will be limited to the following: FSS and FSS-M (overrun quantities will not be
permissible during this weather event)

If customers do not voluntarily comply with these provisions, Texas Gas may be forced to issue an
Operational Flow Order, pursuant to General Terms and Conditions Section 6.18 of Texas Gas’s
Tariff, which could result in penalties for shippers.


Texas Gas continues to monitor the situation and will provide notice to customers of pipeline
conditions impacting customers or requiring any action to be taken by customers.
