Below normal temperatures are expected to move across the Texas Gas Transmission, LLC (“Texas
Gas”) service area over the next several days. While it is fully expected that all primary firm
service obligations will be met, the following services/activities may experience scheduling
reductions until further notice:
Imbalance Payback from Transportation Service Provider
Park and Loan
ISS
FSS Overrun
Interruptible Transportation
Out-of-Path Firm Transportation
Interruptible Lateral Service
As such, effective 12/12/2025 at 09:00 AM, Texas Gas is requesting all shippers take deliveries
within their contractual hourly rights so that receipts and deliveries match their associated
scheduled quantities.
If Shippers do not voluntarily comply with these provisions, Texas Gas may be forced to issue an
Operational Flow Order, pursuant to General Terms and Conditions Section 6.18 of Texas Gas’s FERC
NGA Gas Tariff, which could result in penalties for shippers.
