Subject: Microsoft Email Service Issue - Marking some items as phishing and quarantined in Exchange Online

Microsoft is currently experiencing issues where some legitimate email messages may be marked as phishing and quarantined in Exchange Online. Some users attempting to send or receive Exchange Online email messages may be impacted due to an updated URL rule intending to identify more sophisticated spam and phishing email messages. Microsoft is working towards full remediation and will provide updates towards resolution.  

 

Southern Star will continue to send emails during this time along with utilizing the ICE messaging system and phone calls. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 

 

If you notice any missing emails, please check the email system’s quarantined section and contact us through phone or ICE if problems persist.
