Effective October 27, 2025, until further notice, Southern Star is issuing this notice to update you of current system operating conditions. Storage field testing is ongoing, Southern Star requests that all shippers and operators adhere to the following criteria.

•       Storage customers should ensure the quantity of gas in their storage account does not exceed 100% of their MSQ. 
•       Storage customers should monitor daily injection limits.
•       Interruptible services may be impacted (Including PLS, ISS, Storage Overrun).
•       Receipt point operators’ actual flow will be closely monitored against scheduled quantities.
•       Delivery point operators’ actual flow will be closely monitored against scheduled quantities.
•       Transportation imbalance and OBA paybacks due Southern Star are available on limited basis.
•       Transportation imbalance and OBA payback due customer is highly encouraged.
