Subject: System Conditions Update

Effective October 9, 2025, until further notice, Southern Star is providing this posting to update you on our current system operating conditions. Storage Field inventories increasing and storage field testing underway, Southern Star requests that shippers and operators adhere to the following criteria.
- Storage customers should ensure the quantity of gas in their storage account does not exceed 100% of their MSQ.
- Interruptible services will be unavailable (Including PLS, ISS, Storage Overrun).
- Receipt point operators’ actual flow will be closely monitored against scheduled quantities.
- Delivery point operators’ actual flow will be closely monitored against scheduled quantities.
- Transportation imbalance and OBA paybacks due Southern Star will not be available.
- Transportation imbalance and OBA payback due customer is highly encouraged.
If customers do not adhere to the above requests, (UPD) Underperformance Delivery Notices will be issued as needed, also Southern Star could issue a system wide, point or shipper specific OFO on short notice.
Further communications will be posted should conditions change.
