Delhi and Gwinville Force Majeure


Notice Text:

Southeast Supply Header (SESH) hereby declares two Force Majeure in accordance with Section 15 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff. The Force Majeure events are due to the unplanned outages at its Delhi, Louisiana compressor station, and Gwinville, Mississippi compressor station. SESH anticipates the outages at both compressor units to be repaired and returned to full operation by approximately October 30, 2025. SESH will post updates to the status of the repairs as soon as it is known.
