EGAT/NEDA: Due to upcoming planned maintenance on the NPS 42 Foothills Pipeline Zone 6 (20171456) service allowable for East Gate Delivery Area will transition from 100% IT-D and 100% FT-D to 0% IT-D and Partial FT-D effective November 1, 2026 at 08:00 MST until further notice.

Nominations are currently near the expected EGAT capability for the maintenance work. However, to ensure safe and successful execution, this bulletin is being issued to ensure that EGAT authorizations are limited to 145 10⁶m³/d for November 1-3, 2026, and 135 10⁶m³/d for November 4-6, 2026. If nominations come in below capability, all firm nominations will be authorized.

Pooling of authorized quantities between Empress and McNeill will not be accommodated during the curtailment period. FT-D2 pooling and transfers, including FT-D1 transfers between Empress and McNeill, will continue in accordance with existing processes.

Given the advance notice provided by this bulletin, and the change to early reverts issued yesterday, FT-D transfers and early reverts into locations within the restricted area will continue to be accepted for assessment until 3:30pm ABT on October 28, 2026.
