Early Back Transfers During Restrictions
Notice Text
Effective immediately, following the issuance of a bulletin advising of a service restriction with 0% IT or less than 100% FT allowable, NGTL will no longer approve requests for the early return of out-and-back quantities into the affected restricted area. Out-and-back transfers approved prior to the restriction will not be impacted, and the back transfer will be permitted as scheduled. This change is intended to maintain stable operating conditions, allowing for safe execution of maintenance and greater predictability regarding the depth of service restriction communicated to customers.
NGTL will strive to maintain its service standard of up to three business days for processing transfer requests.
Please contact your Marketing Representative if you have questions. NGTL will also bring this forward for discussion at the November 2nd TTFP Meeting.
