    Update on 2030-2032 NGTL Empress and McNeill Borders FT-D1 Expansion Capacity Open Season

    NGTL wants to inform customers that the closing date for the Open Season, which commenced on June 18, 2026, has been updated and bids will now be due Tuesday, September 1, 2026 before 10:00 a.m. MT (previously August 18, 2026).

    Following the posting of this bulletin, NGTL will be amending the original Posting dated May 20, 2026 to reflect the revised information set out herein.

    All capitalized terms not defined herein have the meaning ascribed to them in the Open Season Posting. Except as expressly noted above, the Open Season remains unchanged. Full details on the Open Season can be found on the Customer Express posting through this link.
