2030 - 2032 NGTL Intra-Alberta FT-D Service Offering

Notice of NGTL GP Ltd., as general partner on behalf of NGTL Limited Partnership (collectively “NGTL”) Intra-Alberta FT-D Service Offering (the “Offering”)
NGTL is holding a binding offering for Service under Rate Schedule FT-D for delivery of gas to Group 2 Delivery Points (“FT-D2”) or Group 3 Delivery Points (“FT-D3”) and Rate Schedule OS for extraction service (“OS-EXT”) at eligible locations in several delivery constrained Intra-Alberta areas, including Oilsands Delivery Area and Greater Edmonton Area.
The combined estimated available Expansion Service (“Available Service”) through the Offering is approximately 500,000 GJ/day. The Available Service consists of three tranches of Expansion Service (each, a “Tranche”) as described below. All Tranches form part of a single Offering and will be considered together for the purposes of allocation, subject to the allocation process described below.
The service commencement date and respective service for each Tranche are as follows:
Tranche 1 Estimated Expansion Service: approximately 75,000 GJ/day with a targeted service commencement date of November 1, 2030.
Tranche 2 Estimated Expansion Service: approximately 300,000 GJ/day with a targeted service commencement date of April 1, 2031.
Tranche 3 Estimated Expansion Service: approximately 125,000 GJ/day with a targeted service commencement date of April 1, 2032.
Term: 15 years (consisting of a minimum 5 year Primary Term with the remaining term to be Secondary Term)
Commencement of Service for each Tranche will be based on NGTL’s determination of expansion facility readiness.
The Initial Service Offering for FT-D3 will commence on June 1, 2026 at 10:00am Mountain Time (MT) and close on June 2, 2026 at 10:00am MT. The General Service Offering will commence on July 13, 2026 at 10:00am MT and close on July 28, 2026 at 10:00am MT.
