Update on upcoming NGTL Service
Offerings
NGTL GP Ltd., as general partner on behalf of NGTL
Limited Partnership (collectively NGTL ) is providing an update to the
bulletin issued on March 19, 2026.
NGTL s next delivery service offerings are expected to be
approximately 825,000 GJ/day in several delivery constrained areas, including
Oilsands Delivery Area, Greater Edmonton Area, and Empress and McNeill Borders.
This Expansion Capacity will be available at different target service
commencement dates:
125,000 GJ/day in 2030
500,000 GJ/day in 2031, and
200,000 GJ/d in 2032
Approximately 60% of the delivery service available in 2030,
2031 and 2032 will be offered using a fixed offering process with a 15-year
term, with the balance offered at the Empress and McNeill Borders in accordance
with Appendix A. These offerings are expected to close in Q3 2026 with further
information expected to be shared in May 2026 through a bulletin.
NGTL also plans to hold a receipt service offering in the area west of Saddle Hills compressor station in Segment 4 GRDL. The total available expansion service for this offering is estimated to be approximately 500 mmcf/day with targeted service commencement in 2031. This offering is expected to close in Q3 2026 with further information expected to be shared in May 2026 through a bulletin.
NGTL is evaluating further delivery and receipt offerings,
including FT-D1 and FT-LE service offerings at the Willow
Valley Interconnect.
Any potential future Intra-AB and EGAT service offerings
will be subject to future annual plans, and the outcomes from the offerings
outlined in this bulletin and the 2029 Greater Edmonton Area Service Offering,
which closed on April 20, 2026.
NGTL will continue to further develop its plans and discuss
them with customers, including in the TTFP forum, and communicate additional
information in future bulletins.
