Valhalla North & Berland River Unit Addition Project Update

NGTL GP Ltd., as general partner on behalf of NGTL Limited Partnership (collectively “NGTL”) is providing an update on the Berland Unit Addition that forms part of its Grande Prairie Mainline Loop No. 4 (Valhalla North Section) and Berland River CS C3 Unit Addition Project (“Project”).
Following the last bulletin update provided by NGTL on January 19, 2026, NGTL is providing notice of a refined target in-service date of July 3, 2026.
NGTL will provide further updates related to the Project at monthly Customer Operations meetings. NGTL will engage directly with customers that hold contracts dependent on the Project as appropriate. NGTL will issue a bulletin to provide an update upon in-service of the Project or a material change in the targeted in-service date.
