    Commencement of Delivery Discretion Pilot Program

    NOTICE TO ALL NGTL SYSTEM CUSTOMERS

    The Tolls, Tariff, Facilities & Procedures Committee (TTFP) voted to adopt the implementation of a Pilot to extend daily Discretion1 to flows at Non-OBA Delivery Points (delivery points not having an Operating Balance Agreement2). The Pilot will commence on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 (gas day). The accompanying procedure may be viewed here.

     

    PILOT PROGRAM PARAMETERS

    The pilot will run for 14 months (April 21, 2027) unless either (1) extended through the TTFP Pilot Review process where it will run for an additional 10 months to February 25, 2028 or (2) terminated in accordance with the Offramp process or at NGTL’s sole discretion.
