Subject: FORCE MAJEURE-SEG13-AM#3 |
FORCE MAJEURE - SEGMENT 13/AMARILLO #3 M/L - REMEDIATION
As posted on Natural's Outage Impact Report (X24-1226515) and as part of Natural's ongoing pipeline Integrity Management Program and final graded results of an ILI tool run, Natural is required to perform pipeline remediation work on the AM#3 Mainline, between Compressor Station 108 (CS 108) located in Warren County, Iowa and Compressor Station 198 (CS 198) located in Marion County, Iowa (Segment 13 of Natural's Amarillo Mainline Zone). This work will require Natural to reduce its operating capacity northbound through CS 107 for the duration of this force majeure event.
The scheduling constraint will be at CS 107; therefore, any gas received south of CS 107 for delivery north of CS 107 will be impacted for the duration of this restriction. For scheduling purposes, the Amarillo Mainline Pool (LOC 10566) is located south of the constraint. Additionally, firm transportation associated with storage injections or withdrawals may be impacted. Receipts from Trailblazer Gage (LOC 902900) are south of CS 107 and will be impacted for the duration of this restriction.
As such, effective gas day Wednesday, June 4, 2025, Evening Cycle, Natural will schedule Primary Firm and Secondary in-path Firm transports to no less than 55% of contract MDQ northbound through CS 107. Please note that any previously scheduled volumes for the June 4, Evening Cycle are subject to the above-referenced percentage restriction. AOR/ITS and Secondary out-of-path Firm transports will not be available.
The stated scheduling percentage is based upon the current level of firm capacity contracted for during this restriction and is subject to change based upon operational conditions and Shipper utilization.
Continue to monitor Natural's interactive website for any updates to the end date and/or scheduling percentage during this restriction. Please contact your Account Director or Scheduling Representative if you have any questions.
