Subject: SEG 14 - AM #2 M/L(CS 110/113) ILI TOOLS |
SEGMENT 14 – AMARILLO #2 M/L - CS 110/113 – ILI TOOL RUNS
As previously posted on Natural's Outage Impact Report (X25-449985) and as part of Natural's ongoing pipeline Integrity Management Program, Natural will perform a series of ILI tool runs on its Amarillo #2 mainline between Compressor Station 110 (CS 110) located in Henry County, Illinois and Compressor Station 113 (CS 113) located in Will County, Illinois (Segment 14 of Natural's Iowa-Illinois Receipt Zone). The tool runs will require Natural to reduce the operating capacity, thus limiting Natural's throughput capacity eastbound through CS 110. Once the data from the tool runs have been analyzed, any remediation work impacting shippers will be posted.
The scheduling constraint will be just upstream of CS 110 at Compressor Station 199 (CS 199) in Segment 14; therefore, any gas received west of CS 199 for delivery east of CS 199 will be impacted for the duration of the restriction. For scheduling purposes, the Amarillo Pool (LOC 10566) and the Iowa-IL Amarillo Pool (LOC 10561) are located west of the constraint. Additionally, firm transportation associated with storage withdrawals and injections may be impacted.
As such, effective on the gas days indicated below, Natural will schedule Primary Firm and Secondary in-path Firm transports to no less than 71% of contract MDQ eastbound through CS 199. AOR/ITS and Secondary out-of-path Firm transports will not be available for the duration of the restriction.
TOOL RUN DATES:
Gas day Monday, June 23, 2025 (Cleaning Tool)
Gas day Tuesday, June 24, 2025 (MFL/Caliper Tools)
Gas day Thursday, June 26, 2025 (EMAT Tool)
The stated scheduling percentage is based upon the current level of firm capacity contracted for during this restriction and is subject to change based upon operational conditions and Shipper utilization.
Continue to monitor Natural's interactive website for any updates to the end date and/or scheduling percentage during this restriction. Please contact your Account Director or Scheduling Representative if you have any questions.
