Midship Force Majeure LIFTED – Severe Weather Impacts (Oklahoma)
Notice Text
Midship Pipeline Company, LLC (“Midship”) hereby notifies shippers that the previously declared Force Majeure event related to severe weather conditions in Oklahoma has been lifted, effective gas day [INSERT DATE/TIME].
System conditions have improved, and Midship has resumed normal operations across the system. While the Force Majeure event is no longer in effect, interruptible (IT) transportation volumes may continue to be impacted as the system stabilizes.
Primary firm service is not expected to be impacted at this time.
Midship will continue to monitor system conditions and provide updates as necessary.
Shippers are encouraged to continue monitoring their nominations and system activity.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Midship Pipeline Company, LLC (“Midship”) hereby declares a Force Majeure event in accordance with Section 6.8 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff.
Due to severe weather conditions across Oklahoma, Midship is experiencing operational impacts that are outside of its control and may affect its ability to provide transportation services.
This Force Majeure event is effective beginning gas day GD10. Midship will be operating at reduced capacities during this time. All transportation services on the system will be impacted during this outage, as system conditions may result in abnormal operating pressures, limited throughput, and constraints across the system.
Changing operational conditions and shipper nominations may result in adjustments to scheduled quantities on subsequent gas days.
Midship will continue to monitor system conditions and make updates as additional information becomes available. This notice will be updated to reflect any changes in operational status or anticipated duration.
Shippers are encouraged to closely monitor their nominations and system conditions during this period.
