Critical Notice – Operational Conditions
Notice Text
Due to forecasted severe weather conditions in Central Oklahoma at the end of this week through early next week, Midship Pipeline is issuing this Critical Notice to advise all Shippers and Operators to closely monitor and manage their scheduled and flowing volumes.
Midship Pipeline expects to align supply with downstream delivery requirements, and any supply disruptions, imbalances, or failure to perform in accordance with confirmed nominations may result in associated downstream delivery adjustments. Shippers are expected to ensure that all nominated receipt and delivery volumes are balanced. Midship Pipeline expects upstream and downstream point operators to deliver or recieve, as applicable, volumes in alignment with those that are scheduled and to promptly inform Midship of any anticipated deviations from such scheduled volumes.
Counterparties should remain mindful that operating conditions may result in system constraints with little to no notice. Accordingly, Midship Pipeline reserves the right to take all actions necessary to maintain system integrity and reliable service, including the issuance of an Operational Flow Order in accordance with its FERC Gas Tariff.
Midship will monitor conditions throughout this event and will issue notices as conditions warrant.
