    Kinetica Energy Express Pipeline Conditions

    Due to the projected freezing weather forecast, Kinetica Energy Express has limited flexibility to manage
    imbalances. Shippers are recommended to maintain sufficient receipt and delivery volumes to minimize
    imbalances, ensure system integrity, and maintain safe operations regardless of the cumulative
    imbalance position.
