Cameron System Repairs

Kinetica Energy Express has been notified that unscheduled repairs are necessary on the Cameron
System. The repair effort will commence on Wednesday May 24th, and will require a shut-in of all
production on the Cameron System lasting approximately 7 days, including deliveries to Meter 024003 /
CHENIER PLANT (Tennessee Gas Pipeline).
All operators should plan to have production offline on, or before, 9:00 AM CCT, Gas Day May 24, 2017.

Effective Timely Cycle for Gas Day May 24, 2017, and for the duration of the repairs, scheduled
quantities for all points on the Cameron System will be held to 0 Dth/day.

Kinetica anticipates that production can resume flow on or before June 1st, 2017, and will post the
effective date that nominations will be accepted as the repairs progress.
