    Downstream Interconnect Restrictions and System-wide Redirection of Nominations – Update #4


    Kinetica Energy Express will be returning the system to the normal west to east flow pattern effective
    Thursday, February 23 at 9:00 AM CT. For Timely Cycle, Gas Day 23, shippers with production sources
    west of Cocodrie may nominate gas to delivery points east of Cocodrie.
