    Update #4 November Bluewater West Leg Pigging

    Kinetica continues to handle liquids at Pecan Island from the West Leg pigging. At this time, affected
    deliveries may include Egan B (meter 24002), Egan Gap Arrowhead (meter 24016), and Enlink LIG
    Gueydan (meter 24012).

    However, Shippers with production sources on the Bluewater system may nominate gas back to delivery
    points on the East side (including Discovery (meter 021032), Lirette (meter 020554), and Venice (meter
    020568) effective November 22, 2016 at 9:00 a.m.

    Customers are strongly advised to monitor the EBB for updates.
