Bluewater East Leg Pigging Update

Due to liquids handling at Cocodrie, Kinetica is experiencing flow constraints to gas deliveries East
of Cocodrie. Starting Gas Day 2/21, the operational capacity at American Midstream (Meter
021073) is reduced to 25,000, Discovery (Meter 021032) is reduced to 10,000, and Venice (Meter
020568) is reduced to 145,000 DTH, until further notice. Kinetica will not be accepting any intraday
nomination increases to these deliveries. Kinetica anticipates these conditions to continue until
further notice.

This declaration is only applicable to Bluewater and the portions of the system East of Cocodrie. Sabine
and Cameron systems are unaffected.

Customers with production on the Blue Water lines 509A-100 (West Leg), 523Q-100 (East Leg) and
523M-100 (Header) may consider alternative deliveries to Tennessee Gas Pipeline at Egan B (Meter
24002) or TGP Port Sulphur (Meter 24000) or Enlink Lig Gueydan (Meter 24012) `effective Gas Day
Evening cycle February 21, 2015. If any customer needs either of these delivery meters added to their
contract, please contact your Scheduling Representative for assistance.
