Critical Day Declaration


Kinetica Energy Express is declaring a Critical Day Notice, applicable to Bluewater and the portions of the
system East of Cocodrie, pursuant to its FERC approved tariff (See Section 1.9 in the General Terms and
Conditions). This Critical Day Notice will remain in effect until canceled.

This Critical Day declaration is only applicable to Bluewater and the portions of the system East of
Cocodrie. Sabine and Cameron systems are unaffected.

Customers with production on the Blue Water lines 509A-100 (West Leg), 523Q-100 (East Leg) and
523M-100 (Header) may consider alternative deliveries to Tennessee Gas Pipeline at Egan B (Meter
24002), Enlink Lig Gueydan (Meter 24012) or TGP Port Sulphur (Meter 24000) effective gas day February
21, 2015 Timely cycle.
Kinetica will not be accepting due-shipper transactions during the Critical Day effective gas day February
21, 2015 Timely cycle.

Until further notice, all point operators are required to keep actual daily receipts into the Kinetica
system at quantities that are greater than or equal to scheduled quantities regardless of their
cumulative imbalance positions.

Additionally, all point operators are required to keep actual daily deliveries from the Kinetica system at
quantities that are less than or equal to scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance
positions.

The necessity for this requirement is to allow Kinetica to maintain appropriate operating pressures due
to the 523Q-100 pigging.
