    Kinetica Energy Express Receipt of Associated Liquids from Garden Banks Pipeline System

    Bluewater Pigging UPDATE– March 2026

    Kinetica Energy Express (KEE) continues to accept and handle condensate delivered to its system from the
    Garden Banks Pipeline System at SMI-76.

    KEE will be performing monthly maintenance pigging the week of March 16th to effectuate movement of
    the condensate received at this location and will require shippers transporting condensate on the Garden
    Banks system to nominate a total of 30,000 DTH during the period March 17-19 gas days, pursuant to
    Section 4.1.3 of Kinetica’s Liquid Transportation, Separation, and Dehydration Agreement (LTS&D) for the
    Bluewater System.

    All production receipt meters except for meter 018003 Hilcorp Station 600 will be required to nominate
    gas to the available delivery points below for four (4) days (March 17 – 19, 2026).

    The available delivery points are as follows:

    • Meter 021032 – Discovery
    • Meter 020568 – Venice
