About Kinetica
Kinetica Partners, LLC
(Kinetica) is a midstream energy company operating over

1,600 miles of pipeline and multiple liquid handling facilities across the Gulf of

America region. Many of these assets were formerly owned and operated by

Tennessee Gas Pipeline (TGP), giving Kinetica a strong foundation of proven

infrastructure. Since its founding in 2010, Kinetica has focused on providing safe,

reliable, and responsive natural gas transportation and liquid handling services for

producers in the region, with an emphasis on operational simplicity, system

stability, and long-term customer relationships.

Project Overview
Kinetica is advancing a pipeline expansion to increase natural gas transportation

capacity from West Louisiana (Egan area) to the constrained Southeast Louisiana

(Gulf South/500L) market. The project utilizes existing offshore infrastructure,

originally designed for gathering Gulf of America gas, and requires only

compression additions at Pecan Island and Cocodrie to support the eastbound

flow. By leveraging underutilized assets, this approach minimizes the

permitting and construction timeline

The system currently transports up to 125,000 dekatherms per day and the

planned expansion will increase capacity to 500,000 dekatherms per day with

room for future growth. Of this expanded capacity 250,000 per day can flow into

Gulf South at Lirette and 350,000 per day can flow into TGP at Cocodrie.
