    CAPACITY RESERVATION ANNOUNCEMENT

    Pursuant to Section 15 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Tariff, Kinetica Energy Express,
    LLC (“KEE”) provides this notice of the reservation of available pipeline transportation capacity for
    inclusion in an expansion/extension project.

    The proposed project will involve the addition of at least two (2) Solar T70 compressors at existing sites on
    KEE’s system. A summary description of the proposed project may be found at Kinetica Fact Sheet August
    2025 v9.pdf     or via the link at www.kineticallc.com under the “News” tab in the bottom right corner of the
    page.

    Kinetica will reserve 100,000 Dth/day of its currently available pipeline transportation capacity to the
    project. An Open Season for the project capacity will be held during an at-least thirty (30) day period which
    will start on a date during September 2025 that will be determined, and announced, within the next ten (10)
    to fifteen (15) days.

    None of the capacity has been sold on a limited-term basis that would otherwise be eligible for a right of
    first refusal. The current estimated In Service Date of the project is expected to be eighteen (18) months
    after the conclusion of the Open Season.
