    Kinetica Energy Express Receipt of Associated Liquids from Garden Banks Pipeline System

    Bluewater Header Pigging – September 2024

    Kinetica Energy Express (KEE) continues to accept and handle condensate delivered to its system from
    the Garden Banks Pipeline System at SMI-76. KEE will be performing monthly maintenance pigging the
    week of Sept 03rd to effectuate movement of the condensate received at this location and will require
    shippers transporting condensate on the Garden Banks system to nominate a total of 80,000 DTH for
    three days, from Sept 4th through Sept 06th as days, pursuant to Section 4.1.3 of Kinetica’s Liquid
    Transportation, Separation, and Dehydration Agreement (LTS&D) for the Bluewater System.

    Kinetica previously provided each shipper its percentage of the required nomination.
