Docket Number RP21-760
Pursuant to Section 154.311 of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (“Commission”)
regulations, 1 Kinetica Energy Express, LLC (“KEE”) hereby submits for filing the statements and
schedules required to be updated within 45 days after the end of the test period in the referenced
proceeding (i.e., within 45 days of September 30, 2021). The statements and schedules included herein
are in the same format as the corresponding statements and schedules submitted by KEE in this
proceeding on April 29, 2021. Appendix A attached hereto contains an enumeration of the updated
statements and schedules and Appendix B contains the required updated statements and schedules.
