    Capacity Constraint

    Effective Timely Cycle, Gas Day February 20, 2026, nominations are sealed from all increases through the following locations:

    -       MLV-14

    In addition, the following capacities have been reduced:

    -       MLV-14 – IT and ER/ED nominations forward-haul through mainline valve 14 are reduced by 100% and Secondary Out of Path (SOP) nominations forward-haul through mainline valve 14 are reduced by 90%.
