Capacity Constraint
Effective Gas Day December 23, 2025, nominations are sealed from all increases through the following locations:

MLV-14
(Effective Timely Cycle)
-
MLV-1
(Effective Intraday 1 Cycle)
In addition, the following capacity reductions apply:

MLV-14 –
Interruptible, ER/ED and Secondary Out of Path (SOP) nominations forward-haul
through mainline valve 14 are reduced by 100%.

MLV-1 –
Interruptible nominations forward-haul through mainline valve 1 are subject to
reductions.
