CRITICAL NOTICE – Force Majeure
Force Majeure – Brookfield Compressor Station (Unit A1)
Pursuant to Section 21 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, Iroquois Gas Transmission System, L.P. (“Iroquois”) hereby declares a Force Majure event effective October 9, 2025, Intra Day 2, due to the need for an emergent repair of the A1 Unit at the Brookfield Compressor Station. This repair has resulted in the temporary unavailability of the compressor, impacting the ability to provide the full scheduled service at the receipt point.
Iroquois personnel are actively assessing the extent of the required repairs and additional updates will be provided when further information becomes available.
During the duration of this Force Majure event, receipt capacity at the Brookfield interconnect with Algonquin Gas Transmission will be affected. Iroquois will have an operational receipt capacity of 240,000 Dth effective for the October 9, 2025 gas day and 220,000 Dth per gas day for the remaining duration of this Force Majeure event. Scheduling reductions may occur and affected shippers will be notified accordingly.
