Operational Flow Order (OFO) – Balanced Actual Deliveries
Pursuant to General Terms and Conditions, Section 38, of Iroquois’ FERC Gas Tariff, Effective Thursday, August 28, 2025, Gas Day, an Iroquois Operational Flow Order (OFO) is in effect.
Affected Area
System Wide (all points).
Affected Parties
All point operators and shippers.
Reason(s) for OFO
In order to maintain the operational integrity of the system due to high linepack system conditions, Iroquois is issuing an Operational Flow Order (OFO) to all parties.
Required Action(s)
During the term of this OFO, all parties are required to ensure that actual deliveries of gas out of the system must be equal to or greater than their scheduled deliveries out of the system.
Shippers are expected to monitor their positions throughout the gas day and take corrective actions to stay in balance. Failure to adhere to the requirement may result in additional action by the pipeline.
Iroquois reminds all operators and agents of directly connected power plants of the related parameters as set forth by FERC Order 698. Iroquois requires all directly connected power plant operators to submit burn profiles and nominations prior to gas flow. Flexibility on burn rates is limited and power plant operators are urged to burn ratably based on scheduled volumes.
Other Information
This OFO shall remain in effect until further notice. Iroquois will post termination of this OFO upon improvement of the current high linepack system conditions.
If you have any further questions, please contact your account representative or Gas Control.
