Iroquois Online Update: Preliminary Scheduled Quantity and Confirmations
Effective: August 26, 2025
To: All Iroquois Online Users
Iroquois is notifying all Iroquois Online users of an upcoming enhancement implementation to the Iroquois Online system, that will impact confirmation-related data displays and processes.
Effective Timely Cycle, August 26, 2025, a new data field, "Preliminary Scheduled Quantity," will be added to the confirmation screen for all locations on the system. This new field will provide an early indication of quantities being scheduled at interconnects for point operators and confirming parties.
In addition to being displayed on the confirmation screen, the Preliminary Scheduled Quantity will also be transmitted within the EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Confirmations file.
Important Reminders:
- For Nominating Shippers: We remind all nominating shippers of the importance of ranking your nominations. Proper ranking is essential for accurate scheduling and allocation within the system.
- For Point Operators and Confirming Parties: Please be aware that the confirmation screen will have an additional column for the Preliminary Scheduled Quantity, however, all previously displayed data fields will remain.
