Updated Description:
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Gulf South Pipeline Company, LLC ("Gulf South") is informing shippers that it has limited
operational flexibility within the East Whistler Receipt and East Whistler Delivery Scheduling
Groups.
East Whistler Receipt Scheduling Group:
- Loc 2926 - Flomaton-(Florida Gas Crossover) - 28,000 Dth/d
- Loc 17114 - Santa Rosa (From FGT) FFP - 24,000 Dth/d
Receipt capacity will be limited to 52,000 Dth/d for the duration of the maintenance.
East Whistler Delivery Scheduling Group:
Delivery capacity may be reduced by up to 133,000 Dth/d for the duration of the maintenance. This
maintenance event has the potential to impact all services, including Primary Firm Service.
Due to the maintenance, gas will not be able to flow west-to-east into the area constrained by
the East Whistler Delivery Scheduling Group. As a result, receipts and deliveries within the East
Whistler Delivery Scheduling Group must remain balanced. All customers, including those holding
NNS and NNS-SCO contracts, will be responsible for sourcing supply within the East Whistler
Receipt Scheduling Group to support their deliveries. No impact is anticipated to net-zero
nominations within the East Whistler Delivery Scheduling Group that remain below the 52,000 Dth/d
receipt capacity of the East Whistler Receipt Scheduling Group. Lower-than-normal operating
pressures are expected.
Saraland Deliveries Scheduling Group:
No impact is anticipated to net zero nominations between the receipt point (Loc 23352 – (Bay Gas
Storage @ Axis)) and delivery points on Index 301-8-20. Lower-than-normal operating pressures are
expected.
Gulf South is informing shippers that it cannot absorb due shipper imbalances across the system:
1. Shippers are not to deliver to the pipe less than scheduled quantities at receipt points.
2. Shippers are not to take from the pipe more than scheduled quantities at delivery points.
3. As nearly as possible, Customer shall deliver and receive gas in uniform hourly quantities
during any day. Subject to Gulf South's operating conditions, during any given day and its sole
discretion, Gulf South may allow Customer to deliver or receive gas at an hourly rate that
exceeds 1/24 of Customer's scheduled quantities.
Gulf South will be monitoring location performance and may be required to take the following
action:
- Delivery locations may be subject to scheduling reductions when the net scheduled delivery
quantities minus the “Projected Daily Quantities” exceeds the greater of 5% of net scheduled
delivery quantities or 1,000 Dth.
