    Pursuant to the “Order Issuing Certificates and Approving Abandonments” issued by the Federal
    Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”) in Docket Nos. CP25-547-000 and CP25-549-000, effective
    October 1, 2026, Gulf South Pipeline Company, LLC (“Gulf South”) will acquire the Greenville
    Lateral and Isola Compressor Station from Texas Gas Transmission, LLC (“Texas Gas”) and will
    lease capacity to Texas Gas on the Greenville Lateral. On October 1, 2026, Gulf South will begin
    providing transportation service on the Greenville Lateral, subject to the FERC’s approval of
    certain changes to Gulf South’s tariff as filed in RP26-1253. Existing firm transportation
    service on Gulf South will not be impacted by the transfer of ownership. Should you have any
