    Effective 9/11/2026 at 9:00 AM, Gulf South Pipeline Company, LLC (“Gulf South”) is terminating
    the previously declared Critical Period for Areas 1, 2, 3, and 4.
    The Critical Period was declared due to shipper imbalance activity, extreme heat conditions, and
    third-party pipeline maintenance that limited operational flexibility across the affected areas.
    These conditions reduced Gulf South’s ability to manage imbalances and normal operational
    variability and required additional measures to support system reliability.
    Operating conditions have since improved, and sufficient operational flexibility has been
    restored to support normal system operations. As a result, the Critical Period will be lifted
    effective 9/11/2026 at 9:00 AM.
    Shippers are encouraged to continue managing their operations consistent with applicable tariff
    provisions and operational requirements. Unmanaged imbalance activity or other operational
    concerns may require Gulf South to take additional action, including declaring a future Critical
    Period.
