    Gulf South will be performing maintenance at the Bistineau Compressor and Storage.

    Nominations utilizing the Bistineau storage facility during this maintenance will be scheduled to
    the extent that Gulf South is able to utilize its other facilities to balance the system.

    Imbalance payback to Gulf South will require authorization by Gulf South and will be approved
    dependent upon the ability to manage imbalance payback to Gulf South with imbalance payback from
    Gulf South.

    Anticipated impact to all services including Primary Firm.
