Gulf South Pipeline Company, LLC (“Gulf South”) is issuing an Operational Flow Order (“OFO”) to
be effective gas day Monday, January, 26, 2026 at 09:00 AM CST. Additional notifications will be
made pursuant to the OFO provision contained in Section 6.18[4] of Gulf South’s FERC NGA Gas
Tariff (“Tariff”).
This OFO covers Gulf South’s Locations 11869 (Basf Catalysts – Jackson MS), 20764 (Byram City
Gate) and 12896 (Precoat Metals (Utility Mgmt Corp)). Shippers must ensure that physical
deliveries do not exceed scheduled quantities at these locations.
Penalties associated with violations of any OFO shall be assessed 5 times the "Daily Hub Price"
as defined by Gulf South's Tariff. Tolerance for actual daily over deliveries may not exceed a
variance of the greater of 100 Dth or 2% of shipper’s scheduled volumes. Shippers will not be
penalized if Gulf South has provided them with written notice that certain transactions are
operationally beneficial to Gulf South’s system.
Shippers should continue to monitor Gulf South’s Informational Postings Website and GasQuest
Notifications for further updates unless the shipper has designated another format for
notification.
