    Location 23368 has exceeded the Level 3 Max N2 mol% and Min HV after CO2 removal per the “Posted
    Gas Quality Specifications” for Coastal Bend Header receipts. Effective immediately the
    interconnect will be shut in until upstream issues can be resolved. Gulf South will be reducing
    all receipt nominations at this location to EPSQ during the GD2 ID3 Nomination Cycle.
