    Gulf South Pipeline Company, LLC (Gulf South) wishes to provide the following update concerning the Force
    Majeure Notice posted at 9:59 AM March 24, 2025:

    Following a thorough inspection of Meter 24329 – Stratton Ridge (to FLNG) and ancillary equipment on the
    Coastal Bend Header, Gulf South has concluded its facilities did not suffer a lightning strike nor a
    Force Majeure event the morning of March 24, 2025. The disruption in flow experienced at approximately
    2:50 AM was the result of weather-related impact to downstream third-party facilities. The instantaneous
    loss of flow through the meter caused a sudden increase in line pressure and resulted in Gulf South’s
    Over Pressure Protection valve closing to protect facility integrity.
