Equitrans L.P. will be performing pipeline maintenance on its GSF-993 Pipeline in Mainline Operational Area 4 starting at 10:00 AM ET on June 17, 2026,
and is issuing an OFO in accordance with Section 6.11 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff.
In conjunction with this maintenance, all Hope Gas Delivery/Receipt points between Whetstone Valve Set (Coordinates 39.48198 / -80.40053) and Curtisville
Compressor Station (coordinates 39.52351 / -80.43982) must be shut in on its GSF-993 Pipeline by 10:00 AM ET on June 17, 2026, and remain shut in for
the duration of the maintenance, which has an estimated duration of 48 hours.
Additionally, in conjunction with this maintenance, Equitrans L.P. is requesting volumes flowing through the following Meters: #24564 (Curry), #24562
(East Comet), #24490 (Pluto), #24622 (Harbert), #M5552986 (Sugarcamp), #24480 (McClellan), #24624 Morrison, and #M5514773 (Wilsonburg III)
collectively not exceed 105,000 Dths during the maintenance, which is scheduled for June 17, 2026, and June 18, 2026, Gas Days. Nominations should be
adjusted accordingly.
Lastly, in conjunction with this maintenance, customers may experience higher than normal pressures on the following pipelines in Mainline Operational
Area 4: GSF-993, H-557, GSF-604, H-333, H-312, H-527, H-515, H-518, H-511, H-509, and H-508.
This action is pursuant to Sections 6.11 of the General Terms and Conditions of Equitrans’ FERC Gas Tariff. If Customer and/or Customer's supplier,
operator, or transporter fails to comply with the terms of an OFO, such Customer shall (a) be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct
consequential exemplary, or punitive damages incurred by Equitrans or any other party as a result of such failure, and (b) be subject to a penalty of three (3)
times the Midpoint price reported for Texas Eastern, M-2 receipts or Eastern Gas, South. whichever is greater, as published in Platts Gas Daily, or similar
publication, times the quantity of gas by which the Customer deviated from an OFO. No penalties will be imposed against a customer for failure to comply
with OFO when Equitrans determines that compliance with an OFO is beyond the Customer's control and capabilities.
Estimated duration of outage is 48 hours. Upon completion of the maintenance the OFO will expire and Equitrans L.P. will notify impacted parties when they
