Equitrans L.P. will be performing pipeline pigging on its H-527 Pipeline in its Mainline Operational Area 4 beginning at 7:00 AM ET on May 27, 2026, and
is issuing an OFO in accordance with Section 6.11 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff.
Equitrans L.P is hereby providing notice that due to the high possibility of fluids during the pigging, all Hope Gas Delivery/Receipt Meters between
Sardis-Sedalia valve set (Coordinates 39.343415 / -80.772187) and West Union Compressor Station (Coordinates 39.323836 / -80.808967) on the H-527
pipeline must be shut in by 7:00 AM on May 27, 2026 and remain shut in during the pigging, which has an estimated duration of 51 hours.
Additionally, in conjunction with this pigging, Operationally Available Capacity at Meter # M5209977 (Sedalia) will be reduced to 0 Dths for May 27, 2026,
and May 28, 2026, Gas Days.
This action is pursuant to Sections 6.11 of the General Terms and Conditions of Equitrans’ FERC Gas Tariff. If Customer and/or Customer's supplier,
operator, or transporter fails to comply with the terms of an OFO, such Customer shall (a) be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct
consequential exemplary, or punitive damages incurred by Equitrans or any other party as a result of such failure, and (b) be subject to a penalty of three (3)
times the Midpoint price reported for Texas Eastern, M-2 receipts or Eastern Gas, South. whichever is greater, as published in Platts Gas Daily, or similar
publication, times the quantity of gas by which the Customer deviated from an OFO. No penalties will be imposed against a Customer for failure to comply
with OFO when Equitrans determines that compliance with an OFO is beyond the Customer's control and capabilities.
Estimated duration of outage is 51 hours. Upon completion of the pigging the OFO will expire and
Equitrans L.P. will notify impacted parties when they can turn back in-line.
