Equitrans, LP is issuing an imbalance warning on its Transmission pipeline systems effective immediately. This imbalance warning will remain in effect until
further notice.
During the effectiveness of this warning Receipt Point and Delivery Point Operators are requested to match actual flows to Scheduled Quantities. Capability
for previously arranged scheduled imbalance payback will be available during the effectiveness of this imbalance warning.
Equitrans will closely monitor imbalances during this warning and should an imbalance occur Equitrans will request a customer adjustment to bring physical
flows and Scheduled Quantities back into balance. In the event no adjustment is made, Equitrans will take action to bring physical flows and Scheduled
Quantities back into balance.
As a reminder, in accordance with Section 6.12 of the General Terms and Conditions of Equitrans’ FERC Gas Tariff, it is the responsibility of the Customer
to provide accurate and timely nominations of quantities proposed to be received and delivered by Equitrans under each of the Customer’s service
agreements; to maintain equality between quantities actually taken by the Customer and Customer’s scheduled quantities under each service agreement, and
to maintain a concurrent balance between receipt and deliveries under each service agreement.
